From GA-400 coming from Atlanta, turn left on Burnt Stand Rd.
At the stop sign, turn right on Auraria Rd.
At the stop sign, turn left on Dawnsonville Hwy, then an immediate right on Torrington Rd.
Turn left on Hamp Mill.
Turn left on Oak Grove Rd.
Turn left on Ivy Terrace.
The house will be appx 0.7 mile in on your left after a sharp left curve

Please note, sometimes GPS will interchange the names "Bear Ridge" and "Blair Ridge" - both will get you to the same house. Also, GPS will sometimes drop you several houses too soon. Keep going until you go through a sharp left curve and the cute white house will be on the left!
